This service provides you with a formal title report revealing any liens or title issues of record at the FAA and displays the name and address of the current registered owner and previous owner. Our experienced staff will research from the first registration document filed with FAA and search all the way through present owner to see if there are any outstanding liens or title issues, ensuring that you will be able to buy or sell your airplane with the peace of mind knowing where your aircraft stands with the FAA.

Aerospace Escrow provides aircraft escrow services with a level of confidentiality and security that is unmatched. To further guarantee your transactions, we are fully bonded and insured, and our escrow procedure is fully compliant with the latest multi-level security protocols for electronic funds and document transfers.

When using our escrow services, we will act as a neutral third-party to the transaction in an effort to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved. We first conduct an FAA Title Search to determine all of the documents necessary to transfer free and clear title to the buyer of an aircraft.  We will receive all documents and funds into escrow and upon written authorization from the parties involved, disburse the funds to the appropriate parties while simultaneously filing documents with the FAA.

Aerospace Escrow's experienced staff of escrow agents closes more than 700 escrows per year worldwide.  We can handle all of your escrow needs including international transactions, import or export of aircraft, trade-ins, or back-to-back transactions.  We believe in a proactive approach to our escrow services and maintain high levels of communication between all parties in an escrow transaction to ensure an on-time and successful closing.

Once the request is submitted, you will receive a response from our escrow department within 24 business hours.

The Accident/Incident Report provides you with a detailed report of any past accidents or incidents involving the aircraft. We diligently search the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) database and FAA Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) database and provide all records available pertaining to the aircraft.

The standard turnaround time on the Accident/Incident Report is within 24-48 hours of the order being placed (during normal business days). If you choose the rush option, it will be complete within 24 hours. 

If you are interested in only viewing the aircraft registration and airworthiness documents on file with FAA, this is the service for you.  The aircraft registration documents will show all documents that have been filed with the FAA for the aircraft, including all Bills of Sale, Applications for Registration, Liens, Lien Releases, etc.  The airworthiness documents will show all 337s (repairs and alterations) that have been filed with the FAA for the aircraft.
